Automatic weighing system:

Surge hopper, electronic quantitative scale, secondary material door and other equipment; Related actions are completed by motor and cylinder drive.
Unit tasks:
The unit collects the analog signal output by the sensor through the weighing controller, obtains the logic control signal according to the preset working mode and parameters, drives the servo motor of the feed door, and the cylinder of the discharge door to complete the process of weighing, feeding and unloading.
Automatic bagging system:
Process equipment includes:
Bagging machine, bag feeding machine, folding machine, sewing machine and other equipment; Related actions are completed by motor and cylinder drive.
Unit tasks:
This unit completes the packaging process of materials through the control of the bag feeding plate, the control of taking the bag, the control of the bag opening, the control of the bag filling, the control of the clamping&shaping and the control of the sealing.
Automatic conveying&detecting system: 
The conveying&detecting unit includes bag turner conveyor, belt conveyor, flattening conveyor, checkweigher, metal detector, rejector and other equipment, and the relevant actions are driven by motor and cylinder. This unit completes the conveying and detecting process of the bag through the conveying control of the bag, the weight recheck, the metal detection control and the rejecting control.
Automatic palletizing system: 
automatic palletizing system includes pressing&shaping machine, turning conveyor, patterning machine, bag pushing&pressing machine, layer former, lifter, loaded-pallet conveyor, pallet conveyor, pallet magazine, stretching hooding machine, robot and other equipment, related actions are driven by motor and cylinder. The control components used in this system are: frequency converter, servo driver, contactor and solenoid valve. 
This unit replaces manual bag patterning and palletizing process through bag conveying, turning and patterning control, bag pushing control, side shaping, layering, bag pressing control, lifting control, pallet magazine, pallet conveying, loaded-pallet conveying control.
