This system can effectively replace manual labor, enhance logistics automation capabilities, improve logistics operation efficiency, and reduce transportation costs. It handles various logistics tasks such as transferring, stacking, splitting, combining, and loading for bagged, boxed, and bulk materials. It is suitable for various vehicle types (such as vans, open-top trucks, containers, tankers, and trucks) and multiple transfer methods, featuring a compact structure, flexible movement, and precise control.
1. Visual Recognition System:it utilizes visual recognition, template comparison, image extraction, and characteristicpoint analysis technologies to collect information about required vehicles, containers, facial features, etc., providing the necessary data for the logistics system.
2. Chip Information Technology: Through digital processing of carriers, each stack of material is given "identity information", enabling a series of information layer data transmissions such as product information entry, storage, tracking, recycling, and tracing.
