SOP Process

The SOP process is mainly divided into: waste gas and waste acid are cracked into SO2 at high temperature, SO2 is catalyzed and oxidated into SO3 at reaction temperature, and then condensation of SO3 with water through condenser to form commercial grade sulfuric acid, collection and recovery, and heat recovery at the same time, used to generate medium pressure and low pressure steam. SOP process plant exhaust emissions are far lower than the current emission standards and national standards, and acid-free wastewater discharge is a more thorough environmental protection solution.
