Band dryer type Post-processing complete equipment for synthetic rubber
Synthetic rubber post-processing system replaces manual labor to achieve complete automation of rubber production post-processing process, which is an important large-scale complete set of automation technology to improve the level of production automation in the petrochemical industry, improve production efficiency and ensure product quality. It has many components, complex functions and high core technologies, and can provide specific complete solutions according to different rubber varieties (SBR, NBR, SBS and other synthetic rubbers). This set of equipment is to carry out product refining operations such as stirring and cleaning, wastewater separation, extrusion and dewatering, rubber crushing, Band drying or expansion drying of the coagulated rubber according to the production process, so that the physical and chemical parameters of the rubber can reach the specified indicators, and then the finished product is quantitatively weighed, pressed, inspected, packaged, palletized or boxed. The maximum production capacity of this line is 50,000 tons per year.
1. Dewatering and Drying unit
Process equipment includes:
1st stage dewatering screen (vibration or spiral), rubber washing tank and 2nd stage dewatering screen (vibration or spiral), extrusion and dewatering machine, wet rubber crusher, air conveying system, Band type dryer.
Unit tasks:
the coagulated rubber water through dewatering—washing-dewatering, enters the extrusion and dewatering machine to remove most of the water, is broken by the wet rubber crusher, and is sent to the Band type dryer by the air conveying system for drying, and enters the weighing and baling unit after meeting the process requirements.
2. Weighing, Baling unit
Process equipment includes: vibrating dispenser, vibrating feeder, baling mechanism (including feed box, electronic weighing scale, and baler).
In this unit, the qualified dry pellets are uniformly and continuously sent to the electronic quantitative scale of the baling unit through the vibration dispenser and the vibration feeder, and the qualified rubber is weighed and enters the baler, and the rubber is pressed into the size of 700×350×120mm(L×W×H) and the weight is 25 kg.
3. Conveying and Detecting unit
Process equipment includes: roller conveyor, alternative conveyor, curved conveyor, metal detector, checkweigher, rejector.
This unit sends the pressed rubber blocks through the roller conveyor, alternative conveyor and curved conveyor to the checkweigher for weight recheck, and then through the metal detector for metal impurity detection, the qualified ones enter the packaging unit, when the detection fails, the alarm is issued and the rejector removes them, and after passing the test, the rubber blocks are manually put into the production line for the next process.
4. Bagging unit
Process equipment includes: film bagging machine, inclined conveyor, rubber automatic bagging machine, clamping&shaping machine, sewing machine, main conveyor, inkjet printer.
5. Palletizing and Casing unit
Process equipment includes: belt conveyor, vertical conveyor, pool conveyor, patterning machine, pallet magazine, loaded pallet conveyor, pallet conveyor (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ), robot palletizer (robot body, base, manipulator), electronic pallet scale (Ⅰ, Ⅱ), wrapping machine, labeling machine.
This unit has two forms, namely palletizing or casing.
Palletizing - the bags filled with rubber from the bagging unit are sent to the pool conveyor by the belt conveyor and the vertical conveyor, waiting for palletizing. Empty pallets are placed in the pallet magazine and sent to the location of the patterning machine by the pallet conveyor. The robot palletized the rubber blocks on the empty pallet according to the prepared program. After palletizing, it will be transported in place by the loaded pallet conveyor and then transported to the warehouse by forklift.
Casing- The bags from the bagging unit are sent to the pool conveyor by the belt conveyor and the vertical conveyor, waiting for casing. Empty pallets are placed in the pallet magazine and sent to the loaded pallet conveyor Ⅰ and the electronic pallet scale Ⅰ for weighing. The robot performs the palletizing of rubber blocks on the electronic pallet scale Ⅱ according to the prepared program. After palletizing, the palletizing machine is transported to the wrapping machine position by the loaded pallet conveyor Ⅲ. After the film is wrapped, it is weighed in the electronic palletizing scale II, marked by the labeling machine, sent to the loaded-pallet conveyor IV, and transported to the warehouse by forklift.
