Automatic palletizing system:
The automatic palletizing system includes press flattening machine, transposition conveyor, grouping machine, push bag press machine, layering machine, lift, pallet conveyor, tray conveyor, pallet bin, stretching sleeve packaging machine, robot and other equipment, and the related actions are driven by motor and cylinder. The control components used in this system are: frequency converter, servo driver, contactor and solenoid valve.
This unit replaces manual bag grouping and palletizing process through bag conveying, transposition grouping control, push bag control, side shaping, layering, press bag control, lifting control, pallet magazine, pallet conveying, loaded-pallet conveying control.
