Parameters
Based on the tire production process, the system rationally arranges the layout of the plant to ensure that the tire does not pile up, overlap and stuck during the whole transportation process. The complete system enables the automatic transportation, sorting and storage of finished tires from the dynamic balanced export to the loading platform. Automatic sorting, palletizing of multi-specification tires are realized by robot system. Through the RGV system, full and empty pallets can be automatically outbound and inbound. The tire automatic storage task is realized through the ASRS storage system. Significantly reduce manual involvement, improve production efficiency and sorting accuracy, and save storage space.
The whole system includes: tire and pallet automatic conveying system, robot automatic sorting system, RGV system and ASRS storage system.
