Furnace Stoking robot system
Product function:
The Furnace Stoking robot system has the functions of breaking the shell of calcium carbide surface, raking the material surface and dredging the material of the discharging port, so that the furnace is evenly distributed, the reaction zone is expanded, the hanging material is eliminated, the slag is mashed, the crust and the fire on the material surface are reduced, the air permeability is increased, and the furnace condition is ensured. The whole system is operated by wireless remote control, freely moving and ramming between multiple furnaces. The entire ramming operation can be completed by only 1-2 persons, which improves the production efficiency, greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, and reduces the safety hazards in the production process.
Characteristics:
• Long span support structure: the robot has a walking and supporting mechanism, and the supporting mechanism has a large span, which reduces the stress per unit area of the working floor and is more safe and reliable;
• Single working position without dead Angle ramming furnace: at each window of the ramming furnace, after the robot is positioned and firmly supported, the independent rotation and pitching mechanism of the mechanical arm is used to achieve a wide range of single working position without dead Angle ramming operation, and the work efficiency is high;
• Furnace Charge fully slewing: the mechanical arm can achieve telescopic, pitch, yaw and other actions, with large output, fast speed, long telescopic stroke, large working range and other characteristics, its material surface treatment range is large, processing points are dense, processing is in-depth and thorough;
• Wireless remote control: wireless teleoperation technology is used to achieve wireless control of the ramming robot, with complete functions, simple operation, easy to learn and use, so that the operator is far away from the furnace operation, and fundamentally eliminate the damage of the spraying material to the operator;
• Multi-functional special tool: a special tool for ramming operation can achieve multiple functions under high temperature conditions, such as impact on the carbide surface, crush and pry the crust, and spread and rake the calcium carbide raw materials;
• Strong adaptability: under the premise of ensuring sufficient working space, the ramming robot has a small overall size, which can adapt to the narrow and short working environment and different types of calcium carbide furnace working conditions;
