After using the furnace robot system, the single calcium carbide furnace can be reduced to 2-3 people, which not only ensures the safety of production, but also realizes the reduction of staff and efficiency.

• Using calcium carbide powder automatic plugging mode, plugging reliable, not easy to run eye, high efficiency;

• The size of the screen opening required by the equipment is small, which can minimize the probability of the furnace material spraying outside the screen;

• Obstacle avoidance areas are set up in the tool rack, screen shield and other places with obstacles, and the equipment's own control system ensures the safety of operation without collision, and safety monitoring is set up. If personnel stray into the operation area, the equipment will automatically stop, with high reliability;

• High-definition digital visual monitoring system, far from the furnace eye high temperature area installation can also obtain high-definition video images, without additional cooling system, effectively improve the life of the camera, compared with analog video signal, video image clarity, strong anti-interference ability.

• The visual operation table can be placed in a safe area far away from the calcium carbide furnace or placed centralized, which provides safety protection for the operator and facilitates centralized control.
