Phase transition of vacuum heat exchange technology
The boiling point of water at atmospheric pressure is 100℃, the boiling point will be reduced with the reduction of ambient air pressure, in the appropriate vacuum state of 0℃ water will also boil, while water from liquid to gas (boiling) process, will absorb a lot of heat in the surrounding water and the environment into latent heat stored in water vapor. The "vacuum phase change heat" technology takes advantage of this property of water to create a negative pressure vacuum environment in a relatively closed container, in which industrial wastewater evaporates at a very low temperature without secondary heating. Part of the waste water flash into steam, bringing out a large amount of latent heat of vaporization, and then transfer this water vapor to another container to condense and release heat to complete the heat transfer. The technology is not limited by water conditions and can exchange heat stably and efficiently.
